Our experience with I. Gorman, and particularly Adam Gorman, was meaningful and something we'll remember our whole lives. From the second we walked into I. Gorman we were treated with respect and made to feel special. The time, attention, and care Adam showed us was beyond what I ever expected from a retail jeweler. The whole team at I. Gorman aren't just employees, they are literally a family that cares for their customers and takes pride in their work. I was looking for a setting to put in a diamond from a family ring. The ring was spectacular, but not practical for everyday wear. We visited the Tiny Jewel Box, where we were just shown their selection and basically told to pick one and that was that. But Adam Gorman met with us, talked with us to get to know us as a couple, and to hear the history of the family ring. He understood us when we said we were looking for a design that matched the style of the original ring while also making it something I loved. He spent time with us going through the rings in his collection to get a sense of my style and what I liked, and then he got to drawing. In the store, he sketched out a few designs and took the time to explain to us the whole process and what to expect. Within a few weeks - as promised - we had a CAD design. Adam called with suggested edits to the design, which really made me feel like he was advocating for me, his customer. Once we approved the design, we paid for the ring (very reasonable since we were using diamonds from the family ring, and I should note it was the same price as using an existing setting from that other store - but mine is custom and just for me). Adam said it would be about a month until the ring was ready, and pretty much a month to the day he called my fiance to say it was ready. During the proposal (which I obviously knew was coming) I was so proud to see I. Gorman on the box before he opened it. We will absolutely be returning to I. Gorman for all our jewelry needs. When I first stepped into iGorman, i had never owned a diamond or any luxurious jewelry. I was wide-eyed and excited as I browsed every type of diamond ring in the store, trying to find my personal style for a potential engagement ring. If that topic of conversation came up with my boyfriend, I'd be ready to present to him a few styles of which rings I believed suited my personality.

The employees guided me from vintage to contemporary to modern without any pressure whatsoever to lean in any direction or to purchase anything. Sadly, I just couldn't find anything that I loved. I came back a few more times and put my feelers out there again. After a few visits - and very happy I never rushed the process and just let the jewelry come to me - I started to fall in love with SO MANY PIECES. I ended up finding my own personal style with gorgeous, edgy, dainty rose gold pieces that outfit my fingers and neck so perfectly that I constantly receive compliments everywhere I go.

The staff is so incredibly kind and patient. They were an integral part of helping me find pieces that resonated with my soul. They REALLY care about the well-being of their customers and whether or not we are continuously happy with our purchases. My wife's engagement ring setting became extremely loose to the point where she could no longer wear her ring in fear the stone would fall out. We searched for over a year to find a jeweler that we felt we could trust, to either replace the setting or create a new custom design. I was introduced to I Gorman Jewelers via a recommendation and could not be more impressed with their service. We met with Nicole, who did a fabulous job coming up with a design for my wife's custom ring. We left my wife's ring in the capable hands of I Gorman and several weeks later I went back to pick up my wife's new custom ring. My wife had in her mind's eye exactly what she wanted her ring to look like and we were hopeful, yet extremely nervous, the jewelry designer would be able to create it. Upon picking up the ring up from I Gorman, I knew immediately that my wife would be impressed!! It was perfect in every way and turned out even better than what we imagined!!! I gave my wife her new ring right before our 5th anniversary in April 2021. She was absolutely blown away at how beautiful the ring design turned out!!
