I was here on Saturday and left my $300 Gucci sunglasses there. I came back the next day to get them and the server said yes, we have them i put them away. He and another staff person proceeded to look for them and they were missing. I ask to talk to the manager and they said the manager was not in, but they would check the cameras because it appeared and employee took them. I left my phone number and as of today, which is Tues no one has contacted me. I would beware of this establishment that they are taking no responsibility for a customer's item that was clearly stolen by their staff. Any reputable establishment should have integrity and a trusted lost and found for customers. I can't believe they literally condone theft and consider themselves to be a luxury cigar bar. Well it's as low as you can get, when a customer patronizes your business and has an item stolen and you choose to ignore it. So now my Gucci sunglasses which I've had for over 10 years are gone with no compensation while left in your establishment and confirmed by staff that they were put away, so clearly stolen and not even a phone call from the manager. I’m from out of town and was looking for a good cigar lounge.::…..The atmosphere and bar was nice, my old fashioned was very good also.

I would’ve gave a 5 star but the staff didn’t seem very attentive to me, the one gentleman didn’t say anything to me and he appeared to be the manager but he was very attentive to several others that walked in…. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Hey, who knows, maybe because I came in rocking my Detroit Lions shirt.

The bar tender didn’t check on me until I was already about to go and also never attempted to have any convo or anything.

I’m not gonna say I will just love to talk but having a friendly approach and a staff that treats all customers with the same energy will make an out of town customer more comfortable and in turn I will buy more drinks and spend more money.

I understand what being a regular customer means but I still feel the staff should make all customers feel comfortable and valued also.
