Poor costumer service. We been trying to make an appointment for months and it always shows the website is not working and the phone number doesn’t work. We been looking ways to get a passport renews but it seems imposible. We decided to go without appointment since is imposible to get one. Website doesn’t work, phone number doesn’t work! It was a waste of time. The man told us that there was nothing he can do about it that and said there was no way they could help us without an appointment! They need to learn how to treat their people but also learn customer service they are very neglecting and the lack of professionalism it’s very very poor!!! You guys don’t deserve even one star.

Deben de cambiar personal ya que son muy incompetentes eh irresponsables. No saben cómo atender a las personas que desde temprano están haciendo fila para poder obtener un documento. Su página web no sirve, el número para hacer citas igual no contestan. Entonces que es lo que hace este consulado tan incompetente para ayudar a sus cuidadanos? Nada! Pésimo servicio y mala atención a como se dirigen a las personas. Contraten gente educada y que quiera...

Poor costumer service. My girlfriend is been trying to make an appointment for months and it always shows the website is packed and the phone number doesn’t work. She is been looking ways to get her passport renews but it seems imposible. We decided to go without appointment since is imposible to get one. Website doesn’t work, phone number doesn’t work! It was a waste of time. The man told us that there was nothing he can do about it that there is not way they attend people without appointment! So we explained that is imposible because of the simple reasons that their phone number don’t even work! He said ‘we don’t have phone number ‘ How come that an embassy doesn’t have a phone number available? That is neglected! Their website seems to be packed till June and when you try to skip for July to make an appointment it doesn’t even let you !!!! So how people will make appointment and try to get their things done. Really bad...

This is place Is unorganized and no there is no structure. First they do not answer your phone calls then you wait 3 months for your appointment and you to show up to your appointment to find out you could have walked in like everyone else. If you make your citizens make appointments they should have priority when they show up. Walk ins should not have the same priorities as the citizens who take their time to make their appointments. People travel from far to come here. They need to have better structure and organization. If I could give them no stars I would. Also make you bri g your money orders before hand. If you don’t and do not have a state ID you cannot get one at CVS that’s right across the street. They need to have more control here.
