I've been avoiding writing a negative review for a while but the online customer service is bad. Waited for 37 minutes to be told a check didn't go through. The person who answered this issue speaks so fast you can barely understand what's said. And if you make a mistake you have to go to the DC office to deposit IN PERSON or send them the check by mail, which it will take at least 2 weeks to be available in your account. Additionally, my debit card has been hacked 3 times this year, I had to order 3 new debit cards just in 2022, with the usual impact on payments I had with those cards. The phone menu doesn't give you any clear instructions on where you have to go with this issue (the option is "Account" in case it happens to you) but they don't solve the problem. The last time I had this problem was a week ago when I tried to order through Instacart, an app I've been using for at least 4 years. Still waiting for my debit card to arrive....
