The office has been such a more professional atmosphere in the past few months. The presences of Ms. Ebony Taylor and Mr. Jonas has been a more organized and very sophisticated with their service to the many different firms with a big smile. It always feels good to know that the front concierge desk and call center has been more helpful to us. We appreciate the positive energy we receive every day that we come into the office are greeted by those at the front desk.
One day, I thought I needed only Jonas to help me understand my bill but Ms. Ebony was able to take the task into her own hands and assist me with all the detailed information that I needed to get my answer. Read moreI was a client of Metro Offices in their Connecticut Avenue location from 2007-2023. I only left because I moved to Rockville and found a more convenient office closer to my home. I am a sole practitioner and this office was perfect for me! They offer both virtual (address, conference room, mail) and physical office options. I utilized both over the years; first in Suite 200 and then when they moved to their new floor (Suite 700).
It is the perfect arrangement for someone like me who really can't afford to take on an entire office space but still wants the professional looking office for clients to come to. The offices are always clean and the conference rooms are very professional looking. The staff is top notch and always on top of everything.
