Super friendly staff and even asked if they could service one of my Rolexs’ and they said they can get a quote and send it off to an authorized delear they trust and have done business with before! I went into the shop and I believe the woman's name was Mary Ann, she was very helpful and got right down to business bending my ring back into shape. She even straightened out another ring that I had on my other hand that needed to be straightened out as well. She didn't have to do this for me and she did and I appreciate it so much. Read moreI had a Masonic ring resized and repaired as a gift. My Dads ring, 40 years old, had gotten too loose and the bevel fell out. They took forever, (no jeweler to repair on site) and they also did not check that the bevel was set after resizing. Bevel fell back out after having it for one week, they then wanted to charge over $400 to repair the ring again. Multiple jewelry repair people said they didn't check it after resizing.
