DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! Just don't do it. Trust yourself - it's not a good idea to order delivery from Panera. You will likely NOT get any food, and you want food, right? (Edit after some food was finally delivered)
Ordered delivery twice. Both times was assured by a driver that thee food was on the way - that there was traffic and they were running late. Both times the driver never showed, and stopped responding. Both times I waited over two hours. Both times I ended up having to call the corporate number for a refund, and was run through the hold/questions ringer. The second time (current) I still have yet to be refunded, despite ordering over two hours ago now!
Remember - Panera DOES NOT actually deliver! I'll believe it when the food actually has been delivered even once!
EDIT: Two and half hours later (excuse was "Zoolights" this time), and we got half of our food! Of the 7 things we ordered, three were missing - two soups and a mac and cheese (but a rouge piece of bread from the soup was floating around in the bag - my guess is someone else complained and they gave my soup away earlier on the route).
At least we have this wholly inedible "sandwich" to eat...
Oh, and I live less than a mile and a...
Read moreUpdate start loss: my fiance and I paid for a small drink each. The manager came to my table to tell me that it was a water cup only without even checking to see if we paid. We are both well dressed black medical professionals im a travel nurse my fiance is a resident. Im 7.5 months pregnant and we are both black. I have never felt so profiled in my life... Especially because again we were the only black people there... In our own neighborhood. I actually thought she was going to ask me how my food I inquired why a 1/2 filled cup was served. I also dont appreciate all my food in a bag and in take out gear when others had more food. I will never go back here. Apparently there is flatware... But there is there.
If you are looking for a leisurely study spot with ceramic wear and a fireplace and some service this is not your place.
Its filled with undergrads and high schoolers. Paper bowls and not a lot of outlets for the space.
I also miss the gluten free cookies
Also there was no hazelnut...when it was filled no one let me know after i requested... Then no almond milk... No one is paying attention maybe too many young folk...

Service was snappy, a very nice lady cleaned off our table when we came in, and our orders of mac & cheese were HUGE. My only complaint is that 45 minutes into our dining experience, the manager came over and said that they were closing the store. It was 1:15 p.m. on a Sunday - we were not given any explanation for this sudden shut down. To say that this was bizarre is an understatement. We were given free pastries to make up for the inconvenience and were promptly shuffled out. 5 stars for the free goodies - 3 stars for the absolute pandemonium caused by people evacuating the building.
UPDATE: After my party switched locations for continued studying, we walked passed the Panera approximately 4 hours later and it was OPENED. A new staff had taken over and service was back to...
