The man who closed was EXTREMLY RUDE. He quickly threatened to CALL POLICE on me before I can finish my 5 seconds' talk. Plus, they definitely close earlier.
I left some valuable items on the desk inside before they closed before 5. So I just wanted to ask him if it is OK to leave things there or if I can go inside to quickly grab them. There were still quite a few customers inside, it was 4:58, the clerks are not leaving yet, I was really concerned about leaving my valuable items overnight, and I drove 50 minute to there, so I believe I have good reason to just talk and let him know my situation. I was so shocked by how rude and impatient the guy was, since I was not rude, I did not appear to want to break in, I am a tiny Asian lady, and I just need 5 seconds to talk.
I ended up waiting there for the next 25 minutes until last second customer came out. The guy still refused to just listen to me for half second whenever he sent out a customer. The customer was so nice to let me in while warning me to just grab my items quickly because "the clerks there are not very happy". I also talked to a young gentlemen outside the post office and he said the man started yelling at people who might want to get in several minutes before 5. So, you know, they are not just being "unhappy" with me but also "unhappy" with other...
Read moreThe new light skin black girl 2nd cashier was giving off bad energy like she hates the job. I'm glad I wasn't getting a lot done. I wanted to laugh out loud when the older white guy said are you having a good day. She was throwed off. Her energy seemed like she was having a horrible life and a bad hair day. Older people really know how to let you know in a nice way.
The reason I give this post office 5 stars is because the guy that's at the 1st cashier was taking his time with a elderly customer and he was not showing her attitude or allowing us ( other customers ) to feel he was uncomfortable with her. I normal like him to wait on me but he was busy with the lady and he handled himself very cool.
The other girl 2nd cashier should work in the back because she doesn't have the personality to be at a front desk. Nobody should come in and feel your frustrated and sitting there like you don' t have a good break in the world.
Also you guys could not break a $20 dollar bill today. Please get yourselves together. You're in a prime location & you don't know who will come to...
