Felt like family! Amazing family business Can’t say enough good things about this place! New to the area , I noticed a piece on my ring was broken. I went to a few places to check prices etc and didn’t feel very welcomed. I felt like I was just a customer . I walked in Hannoush jewelers and was welcomed by all, not to mention smiles on everyone’s faces . I was greeted by Rachel. She asked: “ can I help you with something ?”So , explained that I was new to area and I think a piece to my ring is broke. Her immediate response was well let’s take a look and see what is going on. Without me saying anything she said:” I am gonna say this ring is over 20 years old. “( she guessed right because we are high school sweethearts married almost 24 years) we have only used our local family owned jeweler in our small hometown but they are out of business now . She had me walk with her over to the microscope ( which usually they just take your ring and go look)she said yes, unfortunately the head that the diamond sits on has a broken piece. ( also didn’t know the last place made the head a different color)Rachel was able to show me that !It didn’t stop there though she asked:” if I would like to have the jeweler take a look .” So she worked with me at getting everything set up . When I tell you this place knows their stuff, I am not kidding . She taught me all about my ring and wrote down things about my ring set I had no idea about . We talked about cost of fixing the ring verses getting a new set. Now mind you my husband told me If I wanted to get a new set I could . I went through the entire process and I couldn’t do it. We married with this set when we were just kids . Rachel picked up on that right away and she steered me to staying with getting my set fixed and maybe just adding pieces on it if I wanted too.She knew the sentimental value it has. She made the process so easy and friendly . You leave your ring with them . They go over everything, write it down for you .Rachel stay in communication with me the entire process. They don’t fix it unless you know the price first . While in the business you just feel like family. I just want to say I did have my ring sent off and they fixed it. It looks so beautiful they did an amazing job . We will for sure be going back . When I went to pick up my ring Rachel came out to see me and show me the ring . Wow ! I brought my fiancé grandmother ring in to Hannoush as they had good reviews and he used them in the past for all his purchases to switch out stones to put diamonds in. She only wore the ring for 6months after being engaged before I had to bring it in because the prong broke and the diamonds fell out. I would have to called about the ring they had no clue and I had to explain it was her grandmother ring just to get someone to look into where the ring was and they only gave me a low value less than $2,000 if they lost it which it was worth more than that. they never called to say it was back from where they send it out too. Every time I went in to pick up but told them it’s still not fixed because the diamond was wiggling and the prong was not holding the ring. The manager Rachael was nice but after 3 attempts of fixing it they only gave me a discount of $25 for the inconvenience. I’m still not satisfied with the ring as the prong looks very thin and not supportive. I was told by Hannoush I had 30 days to bring it back under warranty coverage and it looked fine on their end. I spent enough money even from the beginning to make improvements to her grandmothers ring by adding more diamonds just to be unsatisfied with a $25 discount. I definitely won’t go back they had her ring since May and I got it back in July with it not 100% satisfy...

Jamie listened to what kind of ring I wanted to purchase and took the time to show me as many styles as she could, until I found the perfect ring. She made the process of picking a setting and a diamond easy. She special ordered diamonds for me to chose from and allowed me to preview each one and explain the details of each one, which gave me the opportunity to custom design my ring. The ring I was picking would be one of a kind. After the ring was personalized and designed to my specifications it ended up being more than anything I could have dreamed of. The process was seamless and Jamie was able to get me an amazing ring for exactly my budget. I was so impressed with how she listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time to make sure I was clear on the whole process.
