2 years ago - Just brought our two phone accounts over to T Mobile and purchased an Apple Watch and an iPhone 13 mini. Read moreAfter failing to open an account online by myself I entered the Waterford Commons location today, 6/14/24, around 4:30pm. I was greeted by Mireyja “Myles”. They were so kind and patient and were able to open my account for me, transfer my number, and transfer my own device from my previous provider… after that provider refused to help. After I also told them that my home internet service was subpar they shared a home internet special they’re currently running, and without being pushy about it. I left the store happy with my new cellphone service and eager to try, risk-free, my new home internet service as well.
