Stopped by this morning 6/7 and the guy behind the counter working the morning shift had no care in the world. As I walked in he was yelling at his friends because he was deep into a live game on his switch. I stood in front of the counter for a couple minutes before he realized I was there. He asked If I needed anything and the whole time he could not make eye contact or stop yelling at his screen while I asked my questions. He obviously did not pay attention to anything I said so he said "just check online", to questions that nothing to do with online. I asked a few more questions and again he could not be bothered to stop playing and just said come back next week. Sadly this isn’t the worst experience I've had...

Either dishonest or very absent-minded employees. They sold me a ps4 with a "terabyte" and when I brought it back to exchange for cash it suddenly became 500 gigs. They also claim an ac adapter comes with the SNES classic even though it's sold separately. It literally says it's sold separately on the package but these glorified gas station attendants refused to acknowledge that. Read the fine print if you plan on dealing with these snakes.
