They keep moving the Amazon return desk and changing the checkout line. Today, one little Amazon sign points to the back right of the store, where it always used to be. You get there? No return desk. I walked around the left side until I found the big Amazon sign on the ceiling for returns. Except there’s a small sign on the counter that says it’s closed, please return to the front checkout. A few months ago the checkout was in the front with all other Kohls transactions. I waited for 10 people in front of me, only to be sent to the back of the store after they changed that policy again. Now my wife had tried to do this exchange in the past but there were some questions regarding what credit I would receive and if the exact style was still stocked in your store. So I went in with her this time and Brooke took care of us and she was outstanding to work with. How do you expect customers to shop when the store looks like a tornado went through it?!?
