The employee named mark who claims to be the store manager will lie to your face use strong arm tactics and bully you he give you a false hope that he will work with you but they don't get is all to eager to repo the items also don't bother calling customer service you can't get in touch with them all the numbers listed go to rent a center and the won't transfer you and if you do get someone don't expect a call from the district manager either it's all a scam with over priced merchandise the gaming laptop I got was...
