Burger King — Restaurant in Waukesha

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN.

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times in the last few years.

There's a guy that works drive thru and I've gotten him every time. He's always been overly nice with 'sweetie', 'honey', 'beautiful' and being over the top nice throughout our transaction. I go at off times so I'm usually the only one in the drive thru.

There's plenty of people who say 'sweetie' etc. in the service industry and I thought nothing of it other than I guess he's that kind of guy and I'd rather have a pleasant interaction rather than a negative one. The guy is giving 'good' customer service, who am I to complain?

The other day I went and it was a busy drive thru. I heard him taking the womans order in the car in front of me. He did not talk to her like that... at all.

When I was at the window waiting for my food I heard him taking another woman's order (you can hear the customer at the speaker as well when you're at the window in your car). This guy didn't talk to her like that. At all.

THEN as he gave me back my card he LOOKED at my card.. and then called me by my first AND last name.

Needless to say - DO NOT GO to this location if you're a woman. This is creepy, not okay behavior, and NOW I'm nervous some random guy has my first...

My mom and I came in and we ordered, tried getting mozzarella sticks which they had on the screen, and the lady at the counter was kind of rude about it and just said “we don’t have those”. When my mom was placing our order, the lady just gave her a look, and there were about 3 sets of 2 people not including us that ended up waiting for food for over 15 minutes. (Dining in) they weren’t calling out people’s numbers my mom ended up going up there and asking and it was just sitting on the counter. Food was cold, we also ordered 2 sets of onion rings but instead got 1 fry and 1 onion ring. I don’t know if she was the manager but was also yelling at employees back and forth consistently. The coke was out of syrup, it was all clear, everything went flat right away, the workers were rude. Definitely don’t wanna come back here, especially with this kind of service. If you’re expecting hot food, good service, and treated nicely, just go down the street to Culver’s, you’ll definitely have better luck there…. Worst experience...

Rundown, understaffed (and the staff that are there are awful, and the food is horrendous.

Stopped for lunch around 1130. 1 car in the drive thru at the window. Pull up to the speaker and it took 10 minutes for someone to announce they were ready to go. Then getting up to the counter, the window is open and an employee is messing around with a headset for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. Once they finally turned around, they asked us to pull forward and wait (when we hadn’t even paid yet. Pulled forward, waited 20 minutes, no order. Other cars in the lot that were now behind us got orders brought out.

Went inside and waited 5 more minutes, then the moment I just ask for a refund, my order was sitting by the drive thru window with no receipt, cold.

AVOID this place at all costs. Between this, KFC and Pizza Hut, they should all close down for a solid amount of time, and have some real management train...
