If my sister didn't really need/want these bottles that are so hard to find in a gift set trust I would have never spent my money here and I never will again. So as I checked out this young lady walks over to me and asked can I check these? Before I could answer she already unzipped the bags (so what's the point of asking if you don't wait for a reply) but after I paid for my items at self check out I noticed the lady ahead of me brought a huge diaper bag. As I walked out I asked the young lady why she checked my purchase when you can clearly see that there is no way I can put anything inside and especially the fact that she never checked the lady in front of me. She said she didn't notice you could hardly open it. As I was headed to my car the lady with the diaper bag approached me and said "I am sorry you had to experience that, if she was going to check your purchase she should have checked mine also. This is typical in Waukesha actually same thing happened to me at walmart ( I had water the guy in front of had soda, laundry soap and diapers asked for my receipt not his) If your going to check one person let's make sure we check everybody. I called and they said this the normal thing they do check a African American lady with a purchase you can clearly see can barely be opened to put anything in and not check a Caucasian lady with a huge fully zipped diaper bag customer service and race profiling at its best. I knew I should have just...
Read moreBest Customer Service experience I have had in a long long time. To make a long story short I was in search of a Christmas gift that was said to be instock at this location, so I ordered it online but it was for pick-up only. So I drove from Milwaukee to Waukesha South to pick-up the item. When I arrived my order wasn't ready... so I walked around the store for about 45 mins. Next thing you know I get a email saying that my item is no longer in stock. (The One thing I came for) So I was a bit heated to say the least I went up to Customer service ready to let them have it! But then I was greeted by the same girl that looked up my order when I first arrived. I explained everything to her and she tried to look into the situation. And the Item I was in search of was filled to other customers orders. Kayla who was helping me... did not give up! She called Every store that said that they had this item in-stock. Finally the fourth location she tried had it and held it for me. (Yay!!!) I was So Thankful to Kayla it brought me to Tears... 💕🥰💖🥺💕 Kayla didn't know but I was out doing shopping for my grandmother who is (89 years old) so it wasn't just helping me it was helping her as well. To keep her safe at home and getting all her holiday shopping done! So again, I Thank you from the bottom...
Read moreEmployees are on cell phones in isles and at check out. Employee was on personal cell phone texting as I placed my things up on the counter to purchase them, and then during send off, saying goodbye have a nice day to me, picked up cell phone and started texting again, like I interrupted her conversation to check out in her lane. Manager should be ashamed of this level of service. Also management decision to have no shopping music: Without music, we are blessed with listening to employee conversations while browsing. This week I heard F bombs with two team members talking about their phone dropping into water, and other one about hard metal music. Just alters the whole (non) experience of going to the store, not in a positive way. In other states (Texas for example) they play pleasant music to create a shopper experience. The Waukesha store falls flat in all...
