Absolutely horrible customer service. We had went there during a slow time. I had ordered a âyou pick twoâ, and my grandma had ordered the rustic baked potato soup. The taller gentleman with a beard who had taken are order made it seem like we were an inconvenience for ordering our food with him. After we got the food my grandma said that the soup tasted a little funny and maybe it was the cheese. She stopped eating it and decided she wasnât having lunch because it made her feel sick. She did not complain, or go back to the counter whatsoever. When we went to put our dishes at the trash area, the same man that took our order was changing garbages. My grandma made a comment to him that it was not good soup, and she also did not know it had cheese on it. He looked up and said âwell next time Iâll put no cheeseâ in a sarcastic tone. She moved on. I went to use the bathroom before we left and when I came back out I could hear this man telling someone in the back about how weird my grandma was. When he walked to the front I looked at him and said âreally? We are still here. We can hear you talking about her. She didnât ask for a refund or for you to do anything.â He said whatever and rolled his eyes. I asked to speak with his manager. When I spoke to her and tried explaining the situation. She kept cutting me off, telling me she already told him not to talk about customers and that she was already handling that.â My grandma stepped in and just said âyou guys should let people know if there is cheese on something nowâ. The manager said it actually says that on the menu, turned around to look at the board and said , âoh maybe it doesnâtâ. The manager herself had long brown hair, and septum piercing, she was extremely rude. Iâve been a manager. Your job is to listen to understand. Not speak over a customer. After we left it was not more than 30 minutes that my grandma felt extremely ill, and needed to cancel the remainder of our plans to go home. My grandma is now back home getting sick from what she ate. Overall wouldnât recommend. When you have a bad manager, who doesnât care about their customers, youâre going to have crappy team members who also donât care about their customers. And on top of that, a sweet lady who was just saying it would help for other customers to know something, is now home physically sick. Will not go here again. Absolutely terrible all the way around, and the manager couldnât of cared less.
Update: I spoke with my grandma who is extremely ill. We are at 7 hours later, and she told me the soup was extremely sour, which is why she lost her appetite at the restaurant, and even said anything to the guy. She thought it could make...
Read moreAbsolute trash Panera for delivery. I was home for the holidays, bragged to my family about how Panera was a much better choice for food delivery, ordered twice, and they literally screwed up both orders. First time they completely missed a salad (with 3 pick two orders thatâs an obvious mistake). 2nd time they gave me the wrong soup (chicken rice instead of broccoli cheddar).
So ok, annoying but not end of the world. Then my Dad goes âThis soup is just broth!â He ordered chicken noodle and there were barely any noodles or chicken. I went online to verify my order and I could see that now the chicken noodle was listed as âsold outâ. It doesnât take a brain surgeon to realize that they must have given us the last dregs of the soup. They could have called, provided a replacement, or refunded it but instead they chose to send out an obviously sub-standard product.
I immediately called to give them a chance to sort things out. I selected the option for help with a delivery order and⌠the phone rang for more than a minute and I was disconnected. I tried again, this time picking the option to speak to a manager or associate and ⌠it just rang until I was disconnected. I waited a few minutes, tried again and same result.
To summarize, poor order accuracy, sub-standard food, and no ability to get a refund or fix my order. I love Panera and have ordered from them all over the US at least a hundred times, but this location wins the award for the worst ever. So...
Read moreItâs been over a year since Iâve been to this location. The location on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee is a much better run location. I prefer though to buy their soup in the store now. I had a horrible experience with their delivery at the beginning of covid. The driver had more than just my delivery with them, and after a long wait they finally delivered food to me. It was the other personâs food, and not at all what I had ordered. It was nothing I wanted to eat even. I was sick at the time, and everything was closing soon. I literally went to bed hungry because of their mistake, and the fact that even though they were still open they refused to redeliver me the correct food. Then it was even more of a hassle to get my money refunded for THEIR mistake. I even gave them another chance after this, and found hair in my soup. The management was questioning me saying what color was the hair and how many hairs, instead of just apologizing and issuing the refund. I was so disgusted by this I never went back again. This store needs some help for sure! Maybe try training your staff to not attack someone for reporting hair in their food. Disgusting. I noticed though that all of my other reviews on google have hundreds of views and this one had one view so Iâm guessing they made it so itâs not viewable. Maybe now that Iâve changed it they will allow it...
