Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Waukesha

I don't usually come here but the last 3 years... service and food has always been the same, not exciting and most the time disappointing, seems like they keep having tons of employees being swapped out, new hires left and right and I don't know what's happening to this place but I use to enjoy it.

today was a big flop, I walk inside the store and three people ignore me for the first 30 seconds because they're already talking to each other, not a single one of you can interrupt each other to greet me and say I'll be right with you? okay then.

after they were done talking, they asked if I was picking up or taking out... what happened to dining in?

I get seated after saying I'd like to dine in and the waitress asks what I would like to drink, I asked for root beer and she comes back with a root beer, now my expectations was I would be getting a fountain drink, I did not get a fountain drink I was given an unopened bottled mug root beer with a regular sized cup of ice, what the heck, now it's safe to assume these refills will be individual charges, I only had one soda. next time somebody asks for a drink be sure to inform the customer that it may or may not be bottled, because if it's bottled we will most likely not want it.

so far not a great start, anyways I told the waitress what I would like to eat, and it was a spicy burger and some lemon fries, however the burger I wanted was not in stock, great now so I have to substitute for something else, nice alright, I guess I'll have an all-american burger with some buffalo sauce on the side so I can make it spicy myself.

fast forward 20 minutes, I get my food. my fries are the first thing that I noticed that looked disappointing, they look a little crispy and burnt, like a brownish yellow, they taste like they were cooked with 11:00 a.m.'s cooking oil, well atleast the fries had my lemon pepper I asked for, the only complaint about the fries was that they should've pulled them out of the fryer once the timer went off but I'm sure they forgot and served them anyways.

my burger was fine, it wasn't great but that's because I wanted my spicy burger that's "out of stock" anyways, I'll be back I'm sure of it. (hopefully next time better food...

Yesterday, after a busy day, I was looking for a quick solution to cooking dinner. We decided to go to B. Wings. I had not tried them. My mate had, and encouraged me to try them also. I disregarded my principles of food , agreed to go and it was probably the most abominable, disgusting restaurant experience I have had. This chain is nothing but a bottom line driven concept. Flash and media. Eight + tvs in the barroom , etc….noise to create hype. Nothing to do with quality food. A real disregard for family folks looking to celebrate an occasion, and want to go out for reasonably priced food but they get junk. Please save you money!

I tried the so-called boneless wings (wings being their namesake.) What arrived were several pieces of heavily breaded chunks of chix , which I do not believe were wing meat. Nothing more than reshaped KFC chicken tenders. The so called dramatic sauces they offer were poured over. The server offered bleu cheese . Sure,I love bleu cheese. Silly me . A small plastic cup came with a white dressing with a few speckles. I asked the server for the bleu cheese. She pointed out that is what is in the cup. This summary total for 10.99 arrived in a couple of whimpy paper containers. I asked for a plate to use, and the server said we don’t have plates. Finally a heavy duty bowl arrived so I could cut if I chose. I prefer this to dipping my fingers. This chains money and profits are clearly put into realistate and flash. Please evaluate where you put your money and what you put into your body. You are only making someone else rich on your dimes. Save your dimes and if you want to go out and enjoy a meal, choose a...

Favorite of the Family. My 7 and 9 year old love it for 3 things, the tablets, the Cheese Curds, and the Kids food selection. I like it because I can have some beers and watch some sports. When they went several years ago from giving you a certain amount of wings, 6 or 18 to Snack, Small , Medium I thought the quality of wings were going down. but actually they stayed quite high. I really like the size of the wings. The new menus I don't like, but the food is good. They could use some more non-fried food on their menu. At times I just don't want something fried but I want the beer and sports. They only other knock is that you can tell they are understaffed, but what Restaurant isn't right now.

Well it is months later and we did pick up. Wanted it at 6:30. They told us 6:40. Right now it’s 7:00 pm and still no wings. I am sweating my experience. Done in and pick up needs to be good. This is terrible. Everyone is complaining on the wait and the person behind the register is terrible.

Still go here and since COVID has not been busy inside of course. The wings are still good. A disappointing change is no tablets for kids. This was a terrible decision by BWW. But I still enjoy the food and like the wings. Tuesday is the best day for Buy one get one.

Quick response from owner from my last post. Took their advice and went online to complain. We will see what happens. I will update if I get anything...
