I used a birthday gift card at Bath and Body Works today. I've shopped here before. It's a lovely store and the young girls who work there are always friendly and helpful. However I do have an ongoing concern that keeps me from shopping there more often. The store is not accommodating to disabled people. Before even entering, the curb has no ramp for chairs or walkers. The front door opens easily, but is not automatic. Even a slow-close mechanism would be helpful. There are no carts, only baskets, which is impossible for those with canes. Electric carts would be so helpful, since this is a store that invites slow browsing. I read your mission statement about inclusiveness. However, I do feel a little left out. As I said, the staff is very friendly. But they are so young and perhaps that's why they don't think to offer to open the door as you arrive and leave. If there wasn’t a pandemic I’d just roll my eyes over it buuuut it is a pandemic. However, the staff and store itself is great! Friendly staff, and a...

Update July 2024
Still pleased with the center, but it could use more dining options. There are a few, but not really enough to make it a dining destination like Brookfield Square has done on their east side.
It would be nice to see the eastern half of the center filled in more as there's still a lot of empty space there begging for something like an...
