Oh my Lord! Where do I start? Unfortunately I can't find an other place where I can get my Packers fix on autographs, besides eBay.
Three months ago I got a mini helm from them and I asked to keep it because they had other Super Bowl XXXI players, minus well keep it and get it signed then send it to me. That was executed perfectly. I had asked them to tell Andre Rison to add "SB XXXI Champs" as the inscription. One would think that the store would be supervising the player to make sure I get what I asked, well guess what? Andre Rison wrote "Super Bowl 31 '" he was about to write Champs but I guess it was too many words for him or the dumbass realized he wrote it incorrectly. I just grabbed a magic eraser and got rid of it. Do you think the store apologized or gave me a refund? HA!
Last month they had Desmond Howard, I sent my mini helmet to get it signed, they also had Bo Jackson a week after. I told them please hold my mini helmet so you can send BOTH the mini and ball together. Do you think that happened? Of course not. They sent me the mini helm, I contacted them and they said: "Oh, we just wanted to get you the mini helm, the shipping on the baseball is on us."
10 days AFTER the Bo Jackson signing I contacted them asking if my ball was sent? They said: "Yes, every item was sent out." I thought: I highly doubt mine was sent out because the shipping was never paid for, because it was suppose to come with my mini. Sure enough I contact them today and guess what? "Oh, yea... Its still here, it's getting sent out today." A whole 24 days later. Never thought about contacting me or anything and the best part NO APOLOGY! None whatsoever. Just here's your tracking number (WHICH I HAD TO ASK FOR) and happy holidays...

Read moreDrove 2 hours to pick up and order I had placed through eBay. Tried to purchase more memorabilia in their shop. Associate said they were having trouble processing my order after they already ran my card and I got charged. They also couldn't give me what I ordered on eBay because they were all too busy with an autograph signing, and the guy working the counter didn't have the knowledge or authority to give it to me apparently.
Long story short I drove all the way there and walked away with nothing other than a charge for memorabilia that I didn't get. Took a couple weeks to get it sorted out after multiple attempts to get my money back for the item I paid for and didn't receive because "their system didn't show a charge". Well, it did, and they eventually gave me a refund.
Never leave bad reviews but this was really bad customer service. Would've loved to buy more stuff from them but this has left a bad taste...
Read moreThe players they bring in for autographs are great and our kids love it. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with one of the owners scolding our kids for touching some of the merchandise while waiting in line: "Now I have to redo the whole shelf" is not something you say to a child waiting to meet his hero. The boxes were a little out of alignment and he got upset about it. This could have been handled much better by speaking to us, rather than talking down to our kids in front of us. They felt bad and it ruined the experience for us. We've gone for autographs and paid big money at least 5 times - we unfortunately will not be returning. I would not recommend bringing your kids to the store. Advice to the owners, lighten up or put the merchandise you don't want touched behind a shelf when you have hundreds of people...
