I just had a horrible experience at this location. Placed an order on the app at 3:50. It said the order would be ready at 4:10. I checked the progress occasionally and it said my order was being made and then stated it was ready at 4:09. So far so good.
I leave after it is ready as the store is right next to my house. I used to try to get there at the estimated time but it was never ready on time so this time I waited. I arrive at the store and find one person leaning on the counter doing nothing. I tell them I have a pickup order. They say ok, go to a counter where my ticket has been presumably sitting for going on 25 minutes now and start my order. I must have been visible irritated because this is when an employee decided to get off his phone and leave the booth he was sitting in.
In walks another customer. Instead of 'be right with you' or something along those lines they decide to take and make her order. Not wanting to cause a scene I wait for the customer to leave to ask why my order wasn't ready after nearly 40 minutes. I get some excuse about a shift change at 4:00 which makes no sense to me as I arrived around 4:15. I watch them make my subs, which was a good thing because they would've messed up all but one, and once all of them are wrapped up and ready to go they decide now would be a good time to put my frozen pizza in the oven. Talk about poor time management skills. The pizza was ready suspiciously quick, less than a minute. It looked good so I didn't question it. That was a poor decision on my part as when I got home my son said it was cold in the middle.
Instead of going back for a refund I am deciding to leave this review in the hopes it will deter others from sharing my fate. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It will be quicker and SAFER to do a little extra driving to...
Read moreI used to be a regular at this Subway location, and my family always enjoyed the service and food. However, ever since the management changed, everything has gone downhill. I decided to give it one more chance, and I regret it. The prices have increased, which would be fine if the food and service were up to par, but they are not.
I ordered 4 subs and 2 bowls. Both bowls and 2 of the subs were meatball, and the meatballs were cold and hard. The other subs were made incorrectly. Frustrated, I called the store, and to my surprise, I was told there was no manager on duty—apparently, there rarely is. When I mentioned the cold meatballs, the person on the phone said they had just taken them out of the fridge and put them in hot water, implying they should have been hot. Instead of offering an apology, he started speaking in Hindi, followed by laughing. Extremely unprofessional.
This wasn’t my first bad experience either. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after two previous poor visits, but I’m done. The customer service is terrible, no apology, no offer of a coupon or credit. Additionally, the food is never done when they say it should be done. Today, they laughed and said they didn't even start my order. I waited 28 minutes and there was no one in the restaurant.

Read moreI normally get my food to go at this location, however, today I decided to eat inside. The staff was cool, food was okay. But as I’m eating and there is someone else eating with her child. An employee comes over to the soda area and starts spraying ROACH AND ANT SPRAY. On the soda fountain where we get drinks from, on top of it. Around it, around the floors, around the paper towels. Me and the lady look like we was getting pranked. Like are you serious.
My thing is, why couldn’t you wait till no one was in the restaurant we wouldn’t have known yall got roaches and ants. It’s the fact that we was eating and he was just spraying while we was eating.
