This isn't a review, this is a love story. These are the best sub sandwiches I've ever had in my life. We have been coming here for years and they keep knocking it out of the park. Every other restaurant is cheapening their ingredients and giving you less and charging you more. The Chocolate Factory is staying the course. They have found their lane and they are staying in it and blowing by everyone else in the business. I love, love the Blackberry Turkey Sub with blackberry preserves and giardiniera. We also tried their sub of the month, the Korean Beef Bulgogi. You have not lived until you've had this sub. It's made with Korean beef carnitas, gochujang sauce, super greens, sweet chili sauce, jalapenos and oregano. It's sweet and slightly spicy. The Bulgogi beef is so tender and so flavorful, it melts in your mouth, and is complete culinary perfection! This sub will make you want to cry it's so good. Their sub bread is heaven!! Flaky and crusty and soft on the inside. NOBODY does bread like this any more! Chocolate Factory, I'm yours for life. Don't...
Read moreMy fiance and I came 20 minutes prior to close. We asked the male who helped us if we could order food and he said "well most of it's closed up. What sandwich do you want". He appeared irritated immediately when we walked in. Also as we walked, a random person ran from the back of the food line to a back booth to sit down- assuming this was the workers friend. The male was visible upset helping us with our sandwiches and ice cream. We took our food to go due to the place closing shortly. As we were eating our food in the car, the time was 8:56 and they locked the door, turned off the lights and turned off the open sign after 2 other people went in for food. We have been treated like this a couple of times before no matter the time of day we go and this experience was the absolute worst. We won't be coming back here. We will be taking our services to a different, more...
Read moreWe had a big group order and someone accidentally took my sandwich with no mayo, the phoenix. I told the lady up front and she said she made the one with no mayo so someone took it. I said I understand that but by now it's being eaten because they probably didn't know they took the wrong one, so please make a new one I have an egg allergy and can't have this one with mayo. She proceeded to walk around and ask who had it after another worker said just make a new one. Thankfully another worker just made a new one. I understand being upset that all the sandwiches were made and you have to throw this one away but I can't physically have the one with mayo unless you'd like me to have an allergic reaction. I couldn't believe how rude she was about it. I go to the chocolate factory in oak creek all the time and they are so accommodating with my no mayo...
