Harbor Freight — Local services in Waukesha

When I first moved to Waukesha this past spring I was sad because I had had a store in Madison about a mile from my house, and the nearest harbor freight was about 20 mins away, so when this store opened I was very excited, I mainly only buy tools I need once and a while from HF and spend more on tools I use a lot, but if you are in need of a tool box you should first look at harbor freight. yesterday was my first time in this store and all of the associates and the manager were very friendly they helped me find my way around the store and even made sure if there was a coupon for an item that I got it, which I have never experienced at another HF. Went in for a pallet jack the website said Waukesha had in stock. Drive out of my way to come to this location because they had it. Grabbed the ticket on the display jack. There were three tickets available which would mean that they were in stock. The cashier promptly told me they were sold out, and gave me a bs explanation that I shouldn't believe the website, and the tickets are for reference. I get that the online may not always be accurate, but at least try to keep your own store tickets up to date. I called to check if an item was available and spoke to Seth. He immediately went to look and came back to the phone and said it was in stock. I told him I would come in that morning and pick it up and could he hold it for me. He said he would. He was very professional.
