Went in an hour before they closed, no other customers were around and the employee working (Jordyn) was wandering the isles. She didn't greet us once but I digress. My partner was looking for a specific game, so he went over and said "Excuse me? I was wondering if you know if you have this game in stock." Ya know, like a normal polite human being. Was told by sales associate that if you buy a switch that you literally HAVE TO buy a membership to their rewards program (costs $25). I was tired and had a long day so I didn't question this, but wish I would have. After looking online I don't see anywhere where this is stated. Pretty sure I was lied to by the associate. Wish I would have walked out and bought it elsewhere. I would like to see in writing where it says that you are required to buy this and why. It doesn't include any warranty for the product being purchased so it makes no sense....
