Went in an hour before they closed, no other customers were around and the employee working (Jordyn) was wandering the isles. She didn't greet us once but I digress. My partner was looking for a specific game, so he went over and said "Excuse me? I was wondering if you know if you have this game in stock." Ya know, like a normal polite human being. The minute he asked she just goes "Yeah. Ok. I will just give me a moment" very aggressively and rudely when all he asked was for help with a game. Like she's supposed to do. Since it's her JOB. If youre looking to buy a console, beware. Went in store to buy a switch. Was told by sales associate that if you buy a switch that you literally HAVE TO buy a membership to their rewards program (costs $25). I was tired and had a long day so I didn't question this, but wish I would have. After looking online I don't see anywhere where this is stated. Pretty sure I was lied to by the associate. Wish I would have walked out and bought it elsewhere. I would like to see in writing where it says that you are required to buy this and why. It doesn't include any warranty for the product being purchased so it makes no sense....

The “staff” on 9/21 told my wife she needed to sign up for the super saver shopper membership in order to buy a used Nintendo switch as they only came in “bundles”. ”staff” 1 & 2 then proceeded to laugh in her face when she asked why and they couldn’t be bothered to explain it (Probably because it’s a load of crap). Final transaction is occurring and “staff” 1 proceeds to click through all the on screen prompts without giving us a chance to read and/or agree ourselves.
