We asked for a booth if possible. The host seemed hesitant & checked & we reiterated, it was just a request. They said it was fine & led us to our table. Our server took awhile to show & when he did he seemed upset that someone had been seated in his area! He couldn't have cared less about our order and got it wrong. I asked for tater tots & the food runner brought me french fries. That guy was outta there so fast after dropping our food on the table, and I do mean dropping! I managed to grab his attention before he'd left though & saw him go around our backs to the server station to tell ours about the mixup. They seemed to be disagreeing & when our server showed he asked if I'd ordered tots. I said yes, my friend confirmed that was what I'd told him & without an apology at his screwup or anything like that, simply walked away leaving us to assume he would put in my tot order! He did but upon delivery, still nothing acknowledging the inconvenience.
We started to notice that those arriving & seated at his other tables after us were getting a completely different server!! He was friendly, chatty, asked about the food and even brought them refills without having to be asked, unlike us. We have no idea what his problem could have been - we were nice ordering & asking for refills and did not get angry at my side order mixup. Things happen, we're all human & we all have bad/off days. But his continued poor service to us only had us thinking he needed an attitude adjustment of some kind!
I didn't care for the extra loud music on top of the bad service, but saw little point in speaking to anyone at the restaurant about it since every place is that way now and I figured they would never take my request to lower the volume seriously anyway. To be honest, I'm not really all that fond of Buffalo Wild Wings anyway because of always trying to compete with the loud music to be heard! So, after this experience I think I'll tell my friend he's on his own for that dinner...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible. I don't think I could be paid to go there again.
They said a 20 minute wait and it was 45 minutes before we finally got seated.
We get seated and the first thing the waitress says is "Hurry up and figure out what you want because there is a big table after you that I need to get seated and take their orders". Seriously? Could you be more rude?
My sister's Dr. Pepper was flat and tasted like dirty dishwater and the waitress didn't come back for 15 minutes so my sister asked a different waitress to get her a different Dr. Pepper. That waitress never came back. My sister finally just went to the bar to get a different drink.
The waitress handed us two bottles of unopened ketchup and told us to open it because she can't because of her nails.
My brother in law's wings came 20 minutes before everyone else's food. Didn't come back for 10 minutes to give him silverware.
Our onion rings were cold and clearly microwaved because they were well cooked but very soggy.
Our wings had hardly any sauce on them, they were cold, and had a really mushy texture to them. Disgusting. My brother's fries were cold and soggy. No one's food even made it to the "sub par" category. Just absolute trash.
The waitress came up behind me, poked me in the side, and said "Hey! What you drinkin?" When I said diet Pepsi, she pointed to my empty glass and said "So do you want more then?" Yes of course I want more. It's empty and I just got my food.
Waitress told us they offer military discount then came back 10 minutes later and said they didn't.
I'm pretty sure more things were wrong with this place but I have already spent too much time and money on this place. Don't go here and waste your money unless your main objective is disappointment and despair. Doesn't even...
Read moreSorry about the novel. I was in town visiting for a baby shower and we all decided to go to Bdubs. We arrived and sat ourselves at the bar. The tables had stools, this turned out to be extremely painful for me, having broken my back and having nerve damage. I don't complain about it and don't want a pity party. I just do what I have to do to live with it. But, it is a disability and super painful for me. I asked 3 different servers if I could swap my chair with one from the bar that has a back. but Everyone one of them just looked at us and didn't say anything. So we decided to swap. Immediately after we swapped, the bartender, who had plenty of spots available at the bar, came out, picked up the stool, and proceeded to walk it over to the wall and slam it on the floor. He then stared at us and walked back behind the bar. We asked the server if we did something wrong and she said that people move the chairs around and it's inconvenient for them. Then she said she didn't know what to say and walked away. We ask for our tabs obviously because we no longer want to be there. She brings the bill over and says that she told the manager. She stated that we are probably asking for our bills because of what happened. We were honest and told her yes. She then said she's sorry, she's never felt so uncomfortable in her life and walks away! How do you think we felt!? After waiting for forever to just pay so we could leave she comes over and says the manager took care of the bill. That's absolutely not what we wanted, and the manager never even stopped by the table. We don't complain, we have been in the industry and we hate writing bad reviews. But...
