I happened into Greenburg Jewelers about 6 months after the passing of my Dad who ultimately succumb to cancer after a valiant 10 + year battle. He purchased a gold ring with a single diamond in it and made sure to include a warrenty with it. It was his last wish that I used the warrenty to size the ring to fit me or use the ring as a trade in for something else that caught my eye. During this very sensitive time as I quietly looked around I was greeted by friendly, smiling faces and genuinely caring people. One gentleman, by the name of John I believe, actually remembered my Dad who had shopped for the very ring I was holding. He shared positive memories of him which touched my heart immensely. In fact, everyone I encountered at Greenberg Jewelers felt more like family than staff. The environment is relaxed, friendly, warm and welcoming. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the work they do. Amazing people, amazing store and an overall amazing experience! One of the biggest reasons why I chose to buy my engagement ring at Greenbergs is because they treated me like a real customer from the beginning. I'm 21 years old and most of the time when I went into a jewelry store I rarely received help and was never really taken seriously Also, I wasn't planning on buying a ring that day either, but Greenbergs staff helped me get a loan as well.! There was a couple of deals as well, in a couple of weeks they were going to be giving out Scheels gift cards depending on how much someone purchases, the great thing is that the staff let me pay an amount down on the ring, but didn't actually confirm the whole purchase until the Scheels gift card even was going on. To say the least the staff will go out of their way to satisfy the need you have! Finally, with the vast selection and customization a person can do to a piece of jewelry at Greenbergs is outlandishband can definitely make a one of a kind piece for whatever occasion! My wife and I did a lot of shopping around town at various jewelry stores prior to purchasing her engagement ring and our wedding bands. She was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Unlike our other experiences, I never felt like I was being pressured or up-sold at any point during the experience.
