I always have a good experience at the Weaverville store. The shared parking lot is sometimes lacking vacancy, and I wish they had later hours, but they usually get done what I need to do.
Wait times aside, I've found the employees engaging and generous with tech tips and performance issues.
I do miss the repair window and I miss the host, who could take payments and deal with simple requests...but that seems to be the reduced-service business model of the moment...everywhere.
My US Cell service stinks when I'm in Ohio...and multitudinous calls to customer service hasn't improved it. At home, though, the service is way better than Verizon...and in fact, the only provider that performs in our very rural environment (although sending and receiving text messages is worse for us since they redirected our closest tower).
So....better than Verizon and really our only choice, as At&T and T-Mobile don't work out here at all. And we're in the Weaverville store a few times per year.
