First time ever trying this store and if I could give it 0 stars, I would because it was a HORRIBLE experience. The only manager they have, Desmond gives 0 customer satisfaction. I placed a key fob for my car and when I went to pick it up to program it, it was not properly programmed (noticed it the next day.) I emailed the owner because that is the only thing you can do and this is the email: (Hope this email finds you well. I am reaching you in regard to my car key fob not functioning properly. I called the store yesterday and the store manager, Desmond, was the one who programmed my key yesterday. I called today to explain to him that my key is not functioning, and I would like a refund due to the failure of the programming and how inconvenient it was this morning to have to pull out my push-start button and put the actual key in to start my car this morning. I had to get to work and this was very stressful. Also, my car does not lock from the buttons outside like it is supposed to, nor does it open without using my key fob like it used to. Desmond proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes over the phone, and I had to call back to speak to him. He was not helpful at all; he told me that there was no one else to speak to because he was the manager. I told him how unsatisfied I was, and I would like my refund. He told me that he would have to verify what I was telling him, which I told him that it was totally fine. I told him I was going to come by so he could verify and find a solution. Not only did he never apologize for the inconvenience and the hassle I went through today trying to use my vehicle, but he also failed to tell me that he was leaving at 4pm today. I told him I was going by today and he could have mentioned that he was leaving at 4pm rather than driving 20 minutes away just to find out that he was not there. This is unacceptable for the inconvenience he has caused and the horrible experience he gave me. Not only was he rude, but he also kept cutting me off everything I would speak, he would ignore me when I would ask him to escalate this to someone above him. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed, I should not go through this after having to pay for something that did not work because he did not do his job properly. When I showed up today, the young lady helped me by giving me your information and she even apologized for the manager, she said how sorry she was that I had to go through all that. Could you please find me a solution? I really just want a refund and be done with the manager who could not help me at all. He can verify whatever he needs to verify, and I would really appreciate my refund back. I have my receipt and I can return tomorrow." The owner never replied back after 2 emails. I had to ask the manager to call him because he refused to satisfy me, which in the store it states in a poster, "Guaranteed to satisfied." Total lie....This story just gets worse, let me end it with.......I will NEVER use a Franchise store because the owner makes the executive decision and if they do not want to work with you then they simply won't. I lost money, time and so much stress with an unqualified manager. If the manager did the job right, I would not had been in this situation. They honestly think people have time to deal with these certain things and waste money like...
   Read moreBoth a curse and somewhat blessing coming here! I came in on Tuesday morning for an appt at 8:30 am to fix the cracks on my iPhone 6S . I was told my Omar, who is a heavy set younger dude with glasses, that my phone would be fixed in about 30 minutes. I came back to be told that he was having some trouble and that "the screen is perfectly fine but that the phone won't turn on" and I had to wait til another tech Jason arrived til about almost 10 or 11 am. I stayed there as they worked on it and overheard Jason tell Omar that he had foolishly forced the screen into the phone and broke it . All the while this took place no one told me to my face what was going on I just overheard it . So I waited there in ignorant bliss until Joann the manager said she would take my phone somewhere else free of charge to have it fixed. I expressed my frustration not only because my phone was now broken but because the employee Omar never once bothered to tell me to my face what happened . He wasn't worried as he left at 11am still with not a care in the world. Joanna came to my job to personally deliver the news that my phone still wouldn't work and that they would buy me another one. The loaner phone they gave me in the meantime did not work . My phone luckily arrived on Friday and I received it free of charge. I appreciate that they replaced my phone because it was working before Omar touched it but I would hope that they don't allow techs that do not care about their customers nor know what they are doing to touch...

I had no power to my house and was desperate to find new batteries before my old ones caught fire or just kept stinking up the RV. The only option was Batteries plus in Webster. I was reluctant because my previous experience in Oklahoma (Edmond) was so bad I stopped using the company because no one had any knowledge of building battery banks for RV’s. But to my relief and surprise Desmond the store manager (599 W Bay Area blvd Webster Tx)was a wealth of knowledge and helped me choose the very best replacement batteries to optimize my 400 watt solar system! I’m now running at full capacity and with a safe set up. As a DIYer I love to pick the brains of professionals who are knowledgeable and able to explain the intricate details especially when dealing with electrical issues. He was also able to refer me to a electrical company that had the right conduit connectors to safely re crimp my 2guage battery cables that came loose as we were leaving the store.Thanks Desmond! I’ll be calling you all the way from Edmond OK if I ever have...
