Taco Cabana — Restaurant in Webster

Cashier was obviously new but I can let some things go , BUT..... First , I ordered the beef fajita plate with an extra beef fajita taco. He had to ask how to add the extra taco. No biggie ... He asks me what kind of taco and I say "an extra beef fajita taco"... He repeated it back. What I got was a ground beef taco. It wasn't very good either. The shredded lettuce was wilted . The meat has an unusual flavor , more like from a Mexican pulled pork type dish. I don't think the flavor fits the beef. 🤷‍♂️ The fajita tacos used to be my favorite . This time around , I couldn't understand why. The meat was tough and chewy. Kind of bland , with some burnt spots. And dry ..... ☹️ Not at all what I remember. I was served on a freshly washed tray , still dripping wet from the washer. The water soaked thru the paper tray liner and my box of chips before I could sit down. I went to get tea and it was dripping all over the counter top. They knew about it because they put down a few paper towels.... but it was allowed to continue dripping. Oh yeah , back to the cashier. As I'm waiting for my food , I see him start scratching his head/hair as he's walking into the back cooking area. He has gloves on mind you , but it's the same gloves he had on when he took my order .... Thankfully he doesn't handle food because I would have been pretty upset. 🤮🤮 I'll never go back to this location. Too many negatives in one trip crosses it off the list of...

About 2 months ago, I came here to pick up an uber eats order. I had to use the rest room.....no toilet paper, no paper towel and I could see dirt piled up in the corners. ( like it had been moped and just pushed dirt in the corner instead of being swept first) Needless to say I just held it.....so I go to get my order...it's not ready, but there was another order on the shelf that was wide open just sitting there. I look around and seriously, it looked like a BOMB had gone off..Food EVERYWHERE. All over the floor, the counters, tons of meat on the flat top not being cooked..just sitting there .Flys buzzing around, the soda machines had sticky soda splash everywhere, and the workers were seriously just standing around..they seen me and just looked away.....didn't even ask me if I needed anything...so I went to the person working behind the counter ( NOT THE REGISTER BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE) and asked if that specific order was being made.....nope....and after witnessing what I did I walked out and alerted the customer to the conditions of the resturant. I did not feel comfortable bringing someone food that was being prepared in conditions like that and refused to deliver it....I had visited that resturant numerous times in the past and NEVER seen it in such disarray!!...

Not happy! We placed an online order yesterday, and I went to pick it up. The lady brought one bag and my drinks out to the car. I asked if she could bring me some salas and a new drink holder back. She brought that out, and I left. When we looked inside the bag, half of the order was missing. So I called the store twice before a man picked up. I told him that my order was not completed and missing some food. He questioned me as if I was lying about not receiving the order. I told him I was almost halfway home and noticed that my food was missing. He told me that if I am not there by 12am that I would not receive my food and could pick it up tomorrow! I told him no, you better have my order when I get there no matter if it's 12:10! He told me that if I am not there before 12, then you will not get the order!! I made it back 10 minutes before 12, and the lady that bought my order questioned me again if I got the bag with the other food. I looked at her like she was crazy and asked her why would I come back if I had my other order and no, you did not give it to me! Needless to say, I am not happy how I was spoken to or approached about something that screwed up!!! Better...
