EDIT: These guys turned me around with their professionalism. They reached out to me concerning my original poor review and told me to stop by so they could see what could be done. I let them know the original issues and concerns I had when they fixed the first time. They told me they would take a look at the iPad and see what they could do to take care of me. They ended up not only fixing the screen, which had pulled away from the back of the iPad, but they also replaced my home button even though I had told them it wasn't much of a concern. I am much more ok with the price point now that I see the care that they will give you if anything goes awry. Thank you guys for being understanding, professional and fast. I'll be stopping by again if I break anything else.
(Original Review) I am highly dissatisfied.
This is the second time I have been duped by a screen repair place. I was told the cost of this repair would be around $180. When all was said and done it ended up costing $205. For this price I was expecting much better. When I brought my iPad in, it had a cracked screen and the home button was only barely working. Now that I have received my iPad back, the screen is now crack free, but the home button no longer works at all. The screen is also flared up in the bottom right hand corner.
Taking the price into consideration I had hoped that the home button would also have gotten repaired. I have repaired my own screen in the past and all it cost me was $70 for the screen, digitizer, and new home button plus 30 minutes of my time. My quality of repair was similar if not better.
At least the associates were professional when...
Read more100%, 10/10. Super friendly, actually helpful, and an overall great experience. I dropped my phone while running with my dog and my phone later stopped charging through the port, but would charge wirelessly. I tried to plug it into my computer, nothing. I looked up Note 5 repairs and found this place, all of the great reviews made me trust this place. I walk in and I hear from the back "I'll be right with you!" after no more than 10 seconds someone helps me with my phone, I tell him what happened and he told me that my phone doesn't look visibly damaged, so I could take it to the manufacturer and have them see what's the issue, but I wanted the free diagnostic this place has. He asked for my phone and told me everything he was doing, someone called me in the middle of this and he gave me my phone back immediately so I could answer. While I was on the phone he waited patiently, as soon as the call was over I handed him back the phone and he told me they'd need to keep it to see what's the issue. Cool. I came back three hours later after they emailed me that it was ready and I gave them the number and he verified it was me. I got my phone back and the port now works! There was an issue with the connection and the fixed it. $0 charge to me! If I went to Sprint or any other place, I'm sure they would told me to get a new phone. Truly a great place, good customer service (something I haven't seen in tech repair in a while.) TL;DR: Diagnostic was free, friendly and helpful workers who actually tell you what would be best for you, not their wallets, and most of all, they...
Read morehad some pretty bad damage on my S20 Ultra's screen and decided to send it to a shop to get it repaired for the first time in my life instead of doing the repair myself. I dropped it off after getting a quote for the repair (about 350) dollars and the next day he calls me back saying since my back glass was also broken I'd need to get an authentic Samsung part for it to ensure that it would pass the waterproof test (another 110 dollars for a piece of glass?!) so i thought whatever it's already at the store might as well have it repaired to "like new" condition. After the repair I noticed a spot onder the screen that would let light from the flashlight through which I know isn't normal but the repair guy said that there was nothing they could do about it. After almost one year exactly after getting it repaired the front camera started forming a black spot around it which when i called to inform the store about they said their warranty doesn't cover it either as they only have warranty from the manufacturer and not for their own work. I also noticed that the back glass is not properly glued down and I can get my fingernail under one of the corners. All of these problems ended up making this 500 dollar repair worthless and made me realize I was better off buying a used/refurbished phone off of eBay. Sorry for the long post but I'm never getting anything repaired at a shop again let...
