Sushi Coast — Restaurant in Webster

So my family and I have recently moved here from Japan after being stationed there for over 3 years. You could say we're pretty used to and accustomed to Japanese food. I had found this place from Google and wanted to try it out. It was okay. Prices were kinda expensive for what it was, we ordered 3 dishes and it was already $50. The food itself was meh. Definitely not authentic but its edible. Could it have just been what we ordered? Maybe. We had ordered the chicken tonkatsu lunch set and it was more so just fried chicken with salad and green beans. We also got the lunch set #1 which was alright. The lunch set #1 came with california rolls mostly made of cucumber and no roe outside which we found weird (it usually is a good mix of crab, cucumber, avocado, and carrots with roe on the outside). The lunch set #1 also came with nigiri which wasn't cold but not hot either? It was like borderline warm? Outside of the lunch sets we had also ordered one of the signature rolls. Thinking it was all a gimmick we had ordered a tuna sandwich. We thought it would still be in a roll form but god were we mistaken. It was literally served like a sandwich. Triangle sandwiches. It is usually my favorite sushi place in the area . Food is super delicious. 25% off on rolls on Wednesday. My last visit was not as expected. We went for the lunch time around 1:30 pm. I was ordering food from the lunch menu, and the waiter said it is not lunch menu time, and grabbed my own phone, unlocked it and look at the time! I was in shock, and it told her that she is not suppose to touch a customer phone. She didn’t even apologize, yet arguing that she was just checking the time. We ordered the food, and we started eating. That waiter ignored us completely after that. Our drinks didn’t get refill for once, and when my husband actually asked to refill my ice tea, she didn’t bring any Splenda after we asked her multiple times. Bad. It was real bad and i paid $75 . Had it not been my daughter's birthday I would have said something but I didn't want to ruin my little girls special night. Let's start with the worst, my daughter said I just saw a rat after we had finished eating. I'm not sure what she saw but she saw something run across the floor. The children's teriyaki chicken was cut up non-seasoned chicken with a squeeze of some teriyaki sauce. The meat tasted so bad, I literally couldn't force myself to eat it and I've eaten a lizard before. The drink had that mildew taste. I know it wasn't that good for my kids either because they didn't eat all of their food. When I say this was bad, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Do not go. We chose this place because the first two restaurants we went to have a 45 minute wait. I called this place and they had zero wait.
