Purchased and picked up a pair of custom elephant boots from them in April/May 2024. Right boot didnât feel correct the day I walked out. Figured it needed breaking in. Fast forward a few uses and 5 months. I take the boots back in September and ask for them to fix whatever is wrong with the right heel and sole. It is slightly more elevated than the left boot, and there is a weird hump in it. I picked the boots up December 12 after not receiving any calls or updates. They said they fixed the boots, and itâs quite obvious they didnât do a single thing to them. Nada, absolutely nothing! I humored them and walked out with my boots. Argued with me all the way. I bought a real nice pair at...
