Terry was wonderful to work with, and I couldn't recommend him more! Loved being able to get the mattress I wanted while also supporting a local business.

My boyfriend and I planned to just order a Helix mattress from their website, but we wanted to try them out before we purchased (and Factory Direct was the only retailer in the area that had them in their showroom). After meeting Terry and him helping us narrow down our choice, we chose to order through him instead. He got us a great deal, and he was so knowledgeable and kind, it was a no brainer to choose to go through him.

We were skeptical of the odd store hours, but after learning that Terry is the only salesperson there, it made complete sense. We went without an appointment on a Saturday, but would feel comfortable making an appointment for any mattress shopping in the future. He made the process SO EASY, and was very communicative during the sales process.

We had a great experience working with Terry at Factory Direct Mattress! We stopped in the Saturday before Memorial Day and he happened to have the exact Helix mattress we liked in store. We paid for him to deliver it on the coming Tuesday afternoon but his truck needed to be serviced, so he upgraded our delivery and his delivery service was able to bring our mattress to us less than 24 hours later.

At the time, Helix was running a Memorial Day sale, which also included a free mattress protector and sheet set. Terry was able to order those free items for us and match the sale price.
