Dunham's Sports — Local services in West Bend

I dont post reciews much but this one is needed! Was shopping online, stated a pair of shoes where in stock, confirmed with another store they where in stock in West Bend. Called West Bend to have them set them aside. I was informed that they didn't really have them in stock, and according to their manager Jennifer at the West Bend store that Duhmans website is never accurate and it's a nightmare. Beyond false advertisement, of what they actually really carry in stores! Besides her charming rude sarcastic personality of just trying to locate an item they said they carried, was a nightmare! Will never shop there again and don't suggest it to anyone! Also way to go Duhmans for not only having false advertisement according to your managers, and for having to allow such rude managers to run...

Just so you all know, this sporting goods store, this store that sells hunting and fishing equipment does NOT I repeat does NOT sell hunting or fishing licenses. Definitely take your business elsewhere. The employee seemed to think it wasn't a big deal because they haven't sold them since the store opened. But for somebody who has gone to the West Allis Dunham's for decades and has been able to get his licenses there would expect to be able to get his license at another Dunham's store. So once again it has been proven, just because you have a college education doesn't mean you have common sense. Because not selling licenses at a sporting goods store just makes no sense at all. Wish I could give more stars because of how patient the workers are, BUT, when I’m spending my hard earned cash, I’m expecting to be able to cool off and enjoy my shopping experience. Well let’s just say if you have issues regulating your body temp avoid this place. This store was HOT, and I mean HOT! I braved the sauna like temperatures because I was in the market for some new hunting gear. The best part of my experience was Ed at the gun counter. Even though I was dripping in sweat and probably stunk to high heavens, he helped me find what I needed. Overall, if you’re looking for free sauna, with some friendly staff, this store is for you.
