The lady who did my nails was not very kind. She rushed me through picking my colors, seemed like she was judging me for not picking them immediately even though I specified when I made the appointment that I do sometimes take some time to choose and apologized in advance for it. And then proceeded to make me feel like I was doing everything wrong when I was just trying to do what she wanted. I make it a point in my life to be as friendly of a person as possible but I was really disappointed by my treatment there. The pedicure was decent and has been lasting (it's only been one day so not sure if it will continue to last) but the towels felt like they were burning my legs and the pedicure was actually quite painful at times. I also felt like I couldn't speak up about it even though I wish I had at the time. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she didn't communicate with me what she needed from me very well and I just really don't think it was worth the $92 that I spent there. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and I like to get it a certain way (with a couple coats and a good amount of time to dry so that it actually lasts for how expensive it is) and it is currently the day after I got them done and I have already lost the polish entirely on two nails and have chips on a couple of the others. Incredibly disappointed by this and the receptionist was actually quite nice and had gorgeous nails but I just don't think the treatment I received was worth the money. I've been here before a while ago, and decided to get acrylics done since they were a little bit cheaper than some other places in the area. The lady doing my nails was not the most friendly and was also pretty rough with my nails. She kept pushing my hands away roughly and tapping them telling me to relax. It's hard to relax when you feel like you're being yelled at. When she was filing my nails, the file slipped and hit the top part of my nail as if it was my fault, so she stopped and told me to relax my hand again. I basically had to sit completely still and in silence for an hour. My nails turned out pretty okay, but I don't think they're worth $60 + tip for the way I was treated by the person doing my nails. the lady that did my nails did a horrible job. she was very rough and would not listen. she didn’t even get the shape right either. I asked for a rounded shape with a little bit of a point. lady didn’t listen at all. she kept cutting me with the file and the tools as well. every time I pulled back she would roll her eyes and get annoyed and tell me to relax. I had to keep telling her she was being rough and kept hurting me but she didn’t care. normally I don’t complain or anything and I’ve been here multiple times and always have a great experience. but this time was absolutely terrible. I would not let her do my nails or refer her to anyone at all. for anyone that goes there or plans to go there soon, make sure you request somebody and make an appointment.
