We (myself, husband and mother) decided to visit the T-Mobile store location (3512 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY) today just to ask a question to see if anyone could help my mother with her phone because it stopped receiving voicemail messages. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Jasmine with a warm greeting, asking "May I Help You" so I describe the VM issue and Jasmine quickly started thinking of possible solutions. Her amazing colleague manager, Derrick stepped over to offer some suggestions as well and together they both discovered it was a faulty "SIM" chip that was keeping my mother's incoming calls from being routed to her voicemail account when her phone is not answered. So "problem solved" and Jasmine put in a new SIM card free of charge! Derrick was so kind and gave my mom and I a free mini T-Mobile canvas bag!
In the meantime, my husband was being serviced by Christopher who was sharing their tablet promotions, including the special offers T-Mobile was running. My husband was very impressed and decided to purchase a tablet and he really appreciated Christopher's knowledge and caring customer service. During our time in the store, we also witness the caring professional service other customers were receiving from Izzy and Carlos! I would recommend this T-Mobile location for all of your cellular needs! Read moreMy entire T-Mobile experience was nightmare. Franchise store (not identified as such) I went to 1st messed up my account beyond belief. Gave them charge card, asked to add to my account to pay monthly bills. Family member going thru serious surgery & I have everything on autopay. They charged my $10 office fee but didn't set up recurring payments. Went here (company store) weeks later when I realized what had happened to try to get it fixed. They ignored me at first. And when someone finally waited on me they didn't hide that they didn't want to be bothered with a crippled old person who had problem they didn't cause. Passed me off twice. Guess they thought I was deaf cause they talked about me within earshot, even thanking someone for taking me 🙄. After almost ½ hour they sent me home with 2 800 #s. Just to be told that because they messed up my account I couldn't get my service reinstated but could reapply for service in 90 days. But I could keep the now useless piece of equipment they gave me 🫣. And pay $15 more cause they weren't offering me any specials either. I will never go into...
Read moreI went on Saturday, August 16 to return the modem of my home internet and I explained to the boy that the technical service had explained to me that I could take the old modem in the box in which I received the new one for my comfort, I explained it 3 times, since when I spoke to him in English he did not like my accent and miraculously he did not understand me (highly that I work customer service with my English and everyone understands me) he wanted to practice his Spanish and answered me everything in Spanish so I explained in Spanish and English, Thursday 21 he called me from his personal number because apparently his boss called his attention his mistake because process as I returned the new modem, he offended me I called myself a liar and he told me that I had to go back to the store to fix the confusion, (that he was who created), in short, the workers can steal your personal information and call you from their phone...
