Judge Martin G. Goch is CORRUPT and/or extremely stupid.

I was trying to earn money doing Uber when I picked up my WORST passenger ever. I was a victim of OPPORTUNISTIC SPITE when they ran yelling "call the cops" when I tried to yell at them.

The half-wit cop shows up and immediately believes the nasty belligerent scumbag who I picked up from a bar.

Before trial, he tries to hand me an anger management pamphlet which I REFUSED to touch and said all would be forgotten if I did anger management. I said nope.

He sounded like a 4th grader reciting a book report at the trial. He kept repeating himself and grasping for straws, desperately trying to make a case against me, which was all based on what someone said.

Amused my his foolishness, I assumed the judge was thinking "This guy's a real idiot and has no case. Get the hell out of here and stop wasting my time."

NOPE

The judge then banged his gavel and, with absolutely no proof, said I was guilty beyond all reasonable doubt.

THIS IS DISTURBING!!!!!! If he can get something so obvious wrong, then how many other innocent people has he harmed with wrongful convictions. This guy needs to go. He will end up in hell when he dies for sure. 😡

This courthouse is extremely racist. I was convinced here for a crime that I did not commit. I was offered 3 plea's that I did not take because I knew I was innocent. But some how during trial the judge found me guilty despite the lack of evidence. I 30 years old and have never been in any trouble in my life. I thought my clean background would help them see but instead, they threatened me with lots of jail time in exchange for me admitting guild which I didn't do. I was charged with a M2 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 5 years probation, a drug and alcohol course even though I don't drink or do any kind of drugs, and $5,000 in fines, and 2 years drivers license suspension. I could have appealed but I not have any more money to do so. This justice system is curupt and unfair. I lost everything because the only thing this courthouse cares about is their conviction rate. If your going here for a case prepare to loose, because they do not care if you did it or not. I am now just another Kalief...

The Pennsylvania court system is very messy. Don't eff up in PA. If you do...get a lawyer or research your public defender make sure they're going to fight for you. Show that you regret the decisions made to land you there, cross all your T's and dot your I'm. DRESS APPROPRIATELY, FOLKS not many realize the impact showing you're a productive and respectable person to society. They like to put people thru drug and alcohol evaluations too. Good luck to ya. I spent a lot of money, and time with continuances but when I completed my requirements I could wash my hands of everything but the record for now. They are the first ones to pop up on all of my background info and they make it seem worse than it was. I'll have it expunged one day. Until then I try to stay out of Pennsylvania unless I...
