Aesop West Loop — Local services in West Chicago Township

I went to Aesop to buy a birthday gift for my friend and the lady in the store really gave me a hard time throughout the experience, especially when I asked if I can have my items wrapped because it’s a gift. There were 2 staff and the other guy first gave me a tote and when I asked for gift wrapping she was very arrogant and asked me, so you don’t like our tote? And I said because it was a gift. The West Loop Aesop is a gem, and yes it’s in an awesome neighborhood, but it’s the people who make it the greatest store. Sophie is kind, helpful and personable- she remembers you from months ago making this big city feel like a hometown. Greta is also amazing! They were both so sweet and helpful today, and they make shopping at this location so much fun. I literally left the store with a smile on my face thinking how it’s so nice to experience good people. This store is excellent! Sophie, our sales associate, was wonderful. She really knew the product inside and out and made us feel welcome the moment we stepped inside. The store was pretty busy, but Sophie took her time introducing us to products based on what we were looking for.
