Just go to mythical smokes instead, a couple blocks down. Pods are cheaper, and these guys will screw you:

Spent 100 on a vape mod and accessories with them. The box was missing parts (a battery). They wouldn't refund, and told me to come back in two days for a battery. That turned into two weeks.

Couple months later I came in for a juul (for the charger). Nice lady at the counter said they didn't sell juul devices and convinced to get a juul pod-compatible vape. I made it two blocks before it burned my pod. I showed it burn a brand new pod I bought from them, and they wouldn't give a refund. Turned out they did sell juul chargers separately, and I bought one.

I've gone in there twice and been cheated out of $160 bucks - guess it's my fault for getting hooked on nic, and going back after...

Just went in to buy a disposable vape. One of your employees proceeded to swindle me into buying a 0% nicotine Breeze when I argued with him for 10 minutes saying it said 0% nicotine for a reason and his argument was that “it had the nicotine warning” on the package (which by the way said this product contains zero % nicotine) and said it had “nicotine salts” (not true) I got absolutely scammed out of 15 bucks for a flavored vape with no nicotine and got IDd for it....

Don’t waste your time purchasing an e-cigarette from this store. The last two I have purchased are faulty and cost $30. I have been shopping here since they have opened because I live in the neighborhood, but the customer service is awful. Two vapes that I have bought die within a day and when I come back to nicely ask for a new product they say there is nothing they can do.
