Worst ride ever. Heading back home from a birthday celebration, when i am greeted by rude employees at 6.40 am. Maricopia to Chicago. I would never have thought that people really are cruel and have no kindness and compassion. I asked the attendee(Lady) if they could turn the air down be cause it was cold, then I asked if i could move to another seat since the train wasn't filled up as of yet. She told me No and proceeded to inform her co-workers that me and a fellow passenger I was seated to were being rudely aggressive when it was them being rudely aggressive. I work in customer service and I know how difficult customers can get, that is why i go the extra mile to being friendly and patient when I'm the customer being waited on. I also know we can have a bad day. I asked for help several times to locate my luggage and the workers at Union Station gave me the run around. I finally spoke to Ms. Brenda a baggage claim REGULAR worker and she gave me the phone number to call then describe the luggage and leave your number. I haven't received a call yet and I've called several times and still calling. GOOD Public Service...

Lady at 1st waiting room wouldn't let us sit there because just 4 elderly and people with kids. Politely pointed out have been here numerous times and just 5 days ago. They let everyone sit in waiting area and let elderly & people with children board 1st but at least we could hear announcements. She rudely told me " no they didnt?!! YES..the have. Every time. People were furious and made to sit on concrete floors along train station hall ways. The employees name is Janet. Very disgusted and horrible ending...
