Arturo Express Restaurant and Catering — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I found this place through one of my coworkers and am so glad I did. Arturo Express is a great place to grab a quick breakfast to bring into work and also an amazing spot for a quick and affordable lunch.

All of their breakfast sandwiches taste great!

I have to warn you though if you are going here for lunch and plan to sit down you'd better get here early. The spots fill up quick and with their amazingly tasty $6 lunch specials it's clear on why. I really can't stress enough to get here early or a bit late if you hate lines though ;) The food makes it worth it but if you are in a hurry for lunch you'll be a little annoyed.

The Italian Beef might not be Al's but it's still really good and all of the sandwiches (specially the Genoa) are delicious. The pizza is a winner and I hear the pasta is pretty good too though usually it's not what I'm in the mood for at lunch so haven't tried it yet.

Great staff that's always friendly and helps the line move as quickly as possible who are all happy to help with a smile...

I came in here early in the day and had salad, pizza, orange juice, coffee, and a cookie. EVERYTHING was amazing. When i go out to eat, this is exactly what I hope for!!! Every item i ordered was really good, very fulfilling. When I left, I kept looking at the menu and wanted to order more even though I was totally full. It’s that good!! The restaurant is clean, the people are friendly, and there’s plenty of seating. I can’t believe they call it ‘express’ — the food is better than most dine-in restaurants. Did I mention the coffee was just right?? Not too strong, not too diluted. Just perfect. I give this place ten stars and hope they win some kind of award from the city of Chicago. So...

This place is amazing. My fiancé and I are Chicago natives, and moved to Kentucky a few years ago... one problem.... there’s no place like sweet home Chicago for food. Anytime my family visits us, we beg them to bring us what they can so we can revel in our pastimes. My mom went here and asked them for a special order so she can pack it up and bring it to us on her visit this past week. It was AMAZING! Thank you so much for helping her and even walking the food over to her building downtown while she was at work. Your kindness and generosity moves mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful sandwiches down here in Kentucky...
