Beautiful building But the train left 5 minutes before the scheduled time so I missed it and the next one was hours later. The upstairs ticket counter clerk was rude. The downstairs lounge clerks were great, and the gentleman out front directing taxis...

Needlessly complex and inefficient waiting room/boarding process - just let people walk onto the trains at the set time like everywhere else in the world. Food options are limited...
