One of the best service recovery experiences I've ever experienced. Companies show who they are in how they respond to problems - and Blu Dot (and Juan in the LA store) far exceeded my expectations. There was a problem with the delivery (which I assume they outsource), I wrote an online review - they reached out to me, but when they couldn't get in touch with me, they immediately refunded me the service charge and sent me a very nice note. I mean, what else could you want? They didn't require "proof" or extensive explanations - the just fixed it.
Problems happen. Mistakes happen. You want to know the company you're working with will respond in good faith if you have a problem - which Blu Dot did. I would 100% buy more from them and, again, thanks Juan. Amazing service.

They wanted to charge an additional 600 dollars for hoisting the furniture two floors. On top of that they said if there was any damage to the furniture they wouldn't be responsible and wouldn't fit their warranty claim. so then who is supposed to take responsibility. our other option was to purchase a smaller piece and of course we would have to pay the restocking fee of 7 percent of an item they never delivered. they act like a quality company but their idea of service is to rob you blind and take no responsibility. Read moreWe ordered a chair, an ottoman and a side table from Blue Dot, all arrived on time and were delivered nicely. Unfortunately, the chair's cushions were not what they looked like in the store—all wrinkly and didn't hold shape at all, even after we gave them ample time to fluff up. For a $2000 chair that's quite unacceptable so we had to return it and face a 10% restocking fee for what seemed like a faulty product.
We kept the Swole Small Table but now I wish we didn't—the table is not even level and scratches extremely easily.
