🤬🤬🤬A HORRIBLE place to shop from! They have the WORST online shopping experience. I ordered a wrong dress and tried to cancel it immediately but the website does not let me. I left a message indicating I would like to cancel my order and the next morning its status was delivered😓. I contacted with the customer service department and the response they gave me was “orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed”, but this is like robbery when you cannot cancel your order right after you place it. They tell me to return it back when I receive the package but I need to cover all of the return shipping fees, including duties and taxes. Their website state shipping takes 2-9 business days. After 3 weeks, I did not receive any shipment notification or my items. I tried to cancel the order and never heard back, even though the event I needed the items for had passed.

Nearly a month later, I received a notification that my order had shipped. I immediately returned the items without opening them. They ignored many customers for such a long time including me. I have ordered some sale items on their website. After 1 month, they still didn’t shipped them and did not reach out to me. I emailed multiple times and no response. Finally, I called Amex to get my money back and they said the items were sold out without offering refund or exchange to any other items.
