I shared with a good friend that I had some concerns about sagging skin over my eyes and pigmentation on my cheeks and neck. As a guy, it is uncomfortable to talk about appearance issues and much more to actually seek treatment for it and look puffy or worse. My friend had gotten treatment from Melissa at Skin Thesis. She assured me that Melissa would listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment that was perfect for me. I am so happy that I listened and took the leap. I had my first treatment last week with Melissa. First, Melissa really listened to my needs and concerns during my consultation. She was very honest about her recommendations and explained the causes of my skin problems in a way that was easy for me to understand. She made recommendations and explained the pros, cons, and risks of each recommendation. She recommended a regimen for me to use at home and recommended two types of injectables. I put myself in her incredibly knowledgeable hands. She walked me through all the steps and was gentle and assuring throughout the process. I am so happy I did. The results from the injectables were immediate. Like magic! And it looks natural. The regimen I am following at home is already showing results. My neck was very dark from the pigmentation because I had a beard for 6 years, but it it is almost unnoticeable already. She also referred me to other professionals for issues that require more invasive treatment. I love that she was honest about the limitations of her services. So professional! Her office is extremely clean and comfortable. Her staff was very nice and helpful. Do not go to this clinic . I had a very bad experience at this place , they have ruined my face . I had initially gotten cheek filers from a nurse named Sarah some time back. She didn’t know what she was doing and messed up my face with fillers . She did not place the fillers in the correct place which made my face look lopsided . I called to complain and skin thesis assured me that it would all be fine in a couple of months and i would look normal. Months passed by and my face still looked lopsided so I decided to go back in and complain to the owner Melissa . I had also found out that Sarah the injector no longer worked there., I wondered why ? I told Melissa who owns skin thesis that I did not like my cheek fillers, and that her nurse made one side of my face lower than the other and i needed it fixed. Melissa got angry that she would have to comp me a syringe in order to fix my face . instead of fixing her employees mistake she injected me with a suspicious syringe that she did not fill in-front of me., and brought it filled from a back room. She injected the filler which was supposed to fix my face very low in my check on purpose to give me a round chipmunk cheek and made my face look even worse than before. All because I had asked her to fix her employee’s mistake . Now one side of my face looks deformed like I have a golf ball sticking far out of my face . She has on purpose ruined my face, because she didn’t want to fix my face for free. I never went back to that clinic and Im considering suing her. Do not go to skin thesis and do not ask for Melissa . She is not a genuine or sincere person . You will regret having her work on your face .
