UPDATE: They took 8 months to deliver the couch covers (I was told I was going to receive them within a week and then within 3-4 months.) When they were finally delivered, they went to the WRONG ADDRESS (my old address that I never provided). I received an email from a random HONG KONG VENDOR and no official communication from Mario Capasa. See the attachments.
I have no idea how they have my old address. The experience was so awful. I repeatedly requested a full refund and they just ignore my emails. Extremely disappointing experience for a brand that presents themselves as premium. Your money will be better spent literally anywhere else.

I left a great review for Mario Capasa because I was so happy with their service and I came back here to update my review. Their shipment / delivery information is completely misleading. I ordered a couch a couple of weeks ago. I specifically asked the estimated delivery date because I didn’t want to be moving into a new house without a couch. I was told that it would arrive within a couple days. Two weeks later, the couch is still not here. It will be arriving in 10 days — 3 weeks after the promised date. In addition to the couch, I also ordered custom covers. Their system said the covers were in stock and supposed to be shipped out within 2-5 days. After 10 days of radio silence, I find out that there was a glitch in the system and the covers are actually out of stock and they don’t know when they will be shipped — because they are still in production. The customer service was trying to be helpful but there is little she could do because both the shipment and the custom covers are managed by third-parties. Overall, Mario Capasa has good employees and good customer service but if you’re looking to get your furniture on a timely manner, I would NOT recommend...

I ordered a couch ahead of the time that I needed giving over a week to expect any issues that may come in hand. Come to find out, I'm now waiting now over 6 weeks from the day I've placed my order. I have called and emailed initially will poor or little response from staff days later. Credit where credit is due though, the showroom staff has been kind enough to guide me into finding out my couch will arrive in time for my 80th birthday. My email chain with staff feels almost automated by continuously hearing that they are "experiencing another delay" and that "rest assured" they're working hard to deliver their shipment. My assumption now is that this product is not made here or in house, but shipped from overseas to cut corners/costs on materials and labor. Please add another reason to why I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone...It begs the question why did I pay an exorbitant amount of money for a couch that has not arrived on time, has poor customer service and is made elsewhere? Oh and don't bother asking for a reimbursement or help either as you'll be slapped in the face with a laughable '5% off on your next purchase' (which won't be happening).
Prepare to be very disappointed if you even consider purchasing any item from this company unless you enjoy be hassled and given...
Read moreWe've now had this sofa for 3 full months and I can say it's the worst sofa I've ever purchased. You sit in one spot and the cushions go completely flat. All cushions are flat after 3 months and the feathers are coming out all the time. They poke out and hurt and then you sit in it and you've got feathers on your clothes. I'm truly disappointed with this purchase after initial reading all the "Great" reviews. Also, our back cushions don't even look like they're the right cushions.They fold over so they don't actually support. Our seated cushions don't touch so there are huge gaps in between. We have to refluff after each time we sit. We asked the delivery drivers if these were the correct cushions, as we ordered online, but they're outsourced and had no idea which sofa we purchased. I've tried to contact CS multiple times, but can't get anyone...
