Honestly after dealing with this business there is no chance these positive reviews are real.

If you are considering coming here for laser hair removal I would strongly urge you to STAY AWAY from this business and find a more reputable and professional business to go to as their management is uncaring and completely incompetent and their laser machine is faulty. They completely SCAMMED ME forcing me to have to have to report their business and their medical director to the state. My experience below:

I booked a package deal of laser hair removal twice with this business. I get pretty bad ingrown hairs on my face and it was recommended I get laser hair removal to thin the hairs to avoid issues. This clinic in West Hollywood is close to my work and their schedule worked with mine so I decided to give them a shot.

I completed the first round of treatments I was left very with visible unusual patches of hair on my face even though I was told that the number of sessions I booked should have been enough. Of course everyone is different so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and booked a 2nd round of treatments with them for the face and other areas of my body. In hindsight now it should have been obvious that they purposely undertreat you in order to keep charging you for more sessions but I didn't really think a company could be this unethical. LESSON LEARNED.

I got "upsold" a package of 7 laser sessions on 4 areas of my body and was explicitly told that they never expire and would be in my account for me to use anytime. Unfortunately their laser machine this time kept malfunctioning. Either the machine would reset on its own, or the cooling component would just stop. The most frustrating thing was it obviously wasn't working after I had prepped / shaved and went all the way to their clinic. I understand things happen but if you only have one laser machine in your office wouldn't you make sure its functioning and calibrated? I felt bad because their technician was very sweet and so embarrassed that the machine wasn't working. I notified the front desk person that I paid for these sessions but the machine wasn't working and that I saw ZERO results from the treatment. She then proceeds to tell me that I owe them money laser treatments and that I OWE THEM $320 FOR THAT DAYS TREATMENTS AND THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND UNDERCHARGED ME AND I OWE THEM FOR PREVIOUS TREATMENTS.

So not only are they charging me for ineffectual treatments they are claiming they misquoted me and I owe them more money. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. Completely bananas. Of course she couldn't provide me any receipt or proof of what I paid for and just kept saying I needed to email the manager Kacie Schweikhardt who ended up being literally the most incompetent uncaring and useless manager any business could employ. She must be a relative or friend of the owner because she couldn't do one single thing to address my concerns. Weeks of back and forth via email because they refuse to give me a phone number and still NO RESOLUTION.

I asked if they would honor the package that I was sold for $920 which was 7 sessions over 4 areas and she kept repeating they have a NO REFUND POLICY. Ok, I'm not even asking for a refund for the "sessions" where the machine didn't work but if they're going to honor WHAT I PAID FOR or not? You can make up the sessions once you fix / calibrate your machine. If you're going to charge my chard then either give me what we agreed on or if you don't want to because your associate screwed up then refund me. It's pretty simple but apparently too complicated for this "manager" who just kept repeating they do not give any refunds for any reason whatsoever.

UPDATE: After multiple weeks of back and forth with them they finally got around to having someone call me. She admitted their machine had not been calibrated. They offered me a refund ONLY if I signed a release and deleted my review. So they really never care about patients they just want to keep pretending they're an upstanding business. ...

So, first impressions are cute, but I place even more value on how I feel once I’ve left an establishment, especially one where I’ve spent several thousand dollars over the years. I started at DR LASER a few years ago for tattoo removal and couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m melanated and skin with a higher concentration of pigment can easily burn and scar, they were knowledgeable about that and expertly removed my tattoos with no scarring or burning. And because I had such a great experience, I’ve since branched out to chemical peels, skin rejuvenations, micro needling, and PRP. DR LASER really cares about their patients, I always feel valued, listened to, and properly counseled. I just left an appointment today and received the warmest, most knowledgeable and curated attention and service from Ani (hope I’m spelling everyone’s name correctly), Amanda, and even one of the owners, Joe. I have some problem areas that I’m highly self conscious about, Amanda shared some of her own personal struggles and before and after photos just so I knew I was in good hands with the treatments I was contemplating to address my issues. She and Joe recommended treatments I hadn’t even considered and I left feeling really optimistic about my future outcomes. I really love this place and will continue to be a loyal customer. While Cynthia and Sumaira are sorely missed, I’d like to give a dedicated thank you to Ani, Brittany, Delaney, Nicole, Sarah Rose, and Tahilla for making my appointments feel more...
