Minotti — Local services in West Hollywood

Great product but not so great on customer service. The company originally used to deliver the product was done by a third party company who came 1+ hour earlier than the scheduled window, did not call to let us know they would be arriving to our property as they are supposed to do, and did not know how to assemble the sofa. We put in a claim to Minotti since they sold us a sofa that had a defect where the sofa frames color were stripped away when the delivery company removed the protective layers overlaying those metal areas. The process had been smooth where they notified me (12/16/20) a date they would come out to replace the frames (12/22/20) where I also confirmed with them that date worked same day and they were MIA in communication till 12/28/20 where we were no longer there. I tried to confirm this appointment on 12/18/20 as well with 2 emails and they were never replied till 12/28/20 when they set aside a new date to come on out where they should have coordinated with us since we were out of town. We emailed them about this matter and got a response still with no apology for ignoring our original appointment and emails about this matter and blamed on the third-party company!! No responsibility whatsoever by this company! And even thrown in the last email that they been holding our products for over half a year which was not the right amount to begin with since we had to make some delays with COVID or to state we had made "last minute changes" when we asked for a sofa as the exact way in their showroom! They conveniently forgot that we had never made one complaint that the sofa took longer to built (5 months opposed to the stated time from purchase) and we never once mentioned this. Stay away from Menotti. Horrible and poor customer service.

I ordered close to 350,000 dollars worth of furniture to be shipped to me, after long delay due to leaving employee, a very unprofessional sales person back to me very unapologetically saying he is no longer with the company and no information was communicated to her. There will be a substantial freight charge and no mention of the scotch guard spray for my furniture. She refuses to honor what was promised to us.

So, not only I still don’t have my furniture after long waiting , they are charging me shipping and are not honoring my stain protection. Un-honorable business practice from Minotti-LA.
