Brought a few things to the counter for my granddaughter. The total rang up to be $35 maybe $40. I noticed she was using a laminated sheet to check pricing. At the end of ringing everything up she gave me the total and then asked if I wanted to purchase a $3 bag to carry everything in. I said sure okay. After that she started looking bewildered almost pacing back and forth, and then she reached out to a sales clerk for assistance. I'm guessing she didn't know how to add the bag on after it was all totaled up. She then canceled every item out and then rerang everything up and my total bill was double from the first time when she rang me up. She said something about she can't see without her glasses, or she has high blood pressure and was looking at the numbers the wrong way and she shouldn't have given a discount. I asked her what was she looking at the laminated sheet for in the first place? She just apologized for the pricing discrepancy. It was really weird just seemed really fishy. I recommend before you purchase anything out of there, you bring the item up to the desk and ask how much does it cost. The name on the receipt says...

I bought a micro puzzle when I was there. I spent 5 hours on it and saw that there were wrong pieces. I notified universal studios and I was told they would have to contact the store. I was then told they needed a receipt and a picture of the item. I said I do not have a receipt and they said they needed a date of the transaction along with the last 4 digits of my credit card. I provided this information. I then was told they are going to send a shipping label because they need the item before they sent me a new one. After that, I was told there was nothing wrong with the item. I’m very upset. They never said they would refund me and all I wanted was a different puzzle with the correct pieces. Super Silly Stuff is the obligatory gift shop in Super Silly Fun Land. Each part of the park has a dedicated gift shop that specifically sells merchandise related to the nearby attractions. In this case, this is the place for all things related to Despicable Me including those darn cute Minions.

Everything in the shop caught my eye. In particular, a purse backpack of Minion Otto stopped me in my tracks. It was $82 and in a glass display. Alas, I passed on it. Besides the merch, they sell bottled water and sodas, and frozen ice cream bars.
