I got a disconnect bill, which was double what I actually owed when I returned the equipment. I talked to support four times now even have screenshots of the last one that said this issue was resolved and that the balance was lowered, which should’ve never been that high. If it would’ve been resolved the first phone call instead of being transferred 100 times in one day and being on hold three hours each day nonstop trying to downgrade or cancel service which they don’t let you.
