Horrible customer service by a cashier named Kade. We were in line and 3 people cut in front of us and jumped in line to a second register that was open. I asked Kade politely where was the line he answered where you are standing. I told him 3 people just cut in front of me and he literally gave me his back and said im busy i have alot to do and continued with his conversation with the loss pervention associate. After the 3 people were checked out he called us. I was upset and didnt want to check out with him but my spouse wanted to speak to a manager and have Kade call them. As we were checking out i asked him if he knew what customer service ment. His face went red and started to stumble on his words. I told if you dont like your job you should just find another job. He was trying to rush the transaction and i told him i wanted to speak to a manager and he was trying to avoid calling her. I made sure that if he didnt call her i would find her and speak to her about his poor attitude. He finally called her and i spoke to her. Maya the manager understood where i was coming from and seemed as if Kade was repeatedly getting in trouble for his lack of customer service. So I assume they're just working the people checking it out into the return lines. So the people that were there before me go ahead and when I step up to go the checkout lady tells me no I don't have to return I can't come up. So I say well there's no lines to check people out I thought you would be checking us out. She said no you have to stand here and wait until all the returns are done because you don't have a return you don't take priority the returns take priority over new customers. So I was told I would have to wait until all the customers on the return line are done, which were several, until I can have a chance to be checked out. Because I was trying to purchase a new item I was a lesser priority than the people trying to return their items. And they weren't bothering to put one of the two return people into a checkout stand for new people. I would rather pay more for an item somewhere else than stand there and have someone tell me I am a lower priority than another customer. There...
   Read moreI always love Ross and find great deals there. I only have one frustration. I had a huge order and had to come back and get another order since they don't let you take shopping carts out which is very frustrating. The first order the door beeped...so embarrassing! The cashier looked through the big bag and said don't worry about it as I went through the doors. Then my second bag beeped again and she said don't worry about it again. She said sometimes they have internal security tags so I didn't think too much about it, but when I got home sure enough there was a security tag on one item so I had to go back a couple of days later to get it removed. Just double check all of your things before you drive off if they tell you to go through anyway. She was very nice and helpful and I know sometimes things get missed but they really need to hire more people. I know it's hard right now with so many companies needing employees. The workers are trying so hard to get everybody through fast because there's always so many people in line but then things get missed. So just try to watch the best you can when you get...
